Is the accommodation a national listed building? Then please provide this information below.
Accommodations are considered to be national listed buildings if they are included in the official register (the ‘Rijksmonumentenregister’). In case of tenancy agreements concluded before 1 July 2024, a different score will be given to national listed buildings.
A municipal listed building must be designated as such by the municipal council. A provincial listed building must be designated as such by the provincial executive.
Protected townscapes and villages are designated by the state as areas of a particular historical nature. Find out whether the accommodation is considered to be a protected townscape or village.
Only accommodations built before 1965 get extra points.
Please indicate whether the accommodation is a care home.
Care homes are meant for people with physical disabilities. This type of accommodation is part of a residential building with communal spaces, has barrier-free access and provides at least a personal alarm system.
For care homes that meet these conditions, the number of points is increased by 35%.
Does the accommodation have facilities for disabled persons?
This entry concerns facilities for people with physical disabilities, such as a raised toilet or a stair lift.
Only facilities installed by the landlord are taken into account.
Please indicate the cost incurred by the landlord for installing the facilities.
Only features that have been paid for and/or installed by the landlord are eligible. Contributions provided under the Social Support Act should be excluded.
In some situations, points are deducted from the score. Please indicate whether one of the following situations applies to you.
